PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our unique Lil' Dragon program for kids ages 4-6 is much more than just kicking and punching.

 

Through games, drills, exercises and patient coaching in our specially-designed martial arts class,

 

Lil' Dragon students learn:
 

  • How to play well with others

  • How to resist negative influences 

  • Safety tips

  • Tae Kwon Do basics 

  • Exercises for building coordination, flexibility, balance and strength

  • Confidence building exercises

  • And many more invaluable habits and skills that will have a positive impact on their lives at a crucial stage in their development!

Previous martial arts experience is not necessary in Lil' Dragons program. Classes are taught in a group setting with about 8 students per class. Each class is 45 minutes long with a structure of warm-up, stretches, technique drills/martial arts games and conditioning/strength training.

 

With consistent attendance (twice a week), all of our students evolve to be strong and confident mentally and physically and achieve develop a great degree of fitness and build confidence, self-awareness, and self-respect.
