A Terrific Start For School and Life! Our unique Lil' Dragon program for kids ages 4-6 is much more than just kicking and punching. Through games, drills, exercises, and patient coaching in our specially-designed martial arts class, Lil' Dragon students learn: How to play well with others How to resist negative influences  Safety Tips Tae Kwon Do basics  Exercises for coordination, flexibility, balance, and strength Confidence-building exercises... and many more invaluable habits and skills that will positively impact their lives at a crucial stage in their development!
